Kiwi and Kale?

You all know you have to add in more greens to your diet…

Why not add kale to your kiwi banana smoothie? You won’t even know it’s in there!  The kale adds a richness to the bright and sweet banana/kiwi flavors.

Kiwi Kale Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 kiwi (skin peeled)
  • Heaping handful baby kale
  • Ice

Blend until smooth.

Calories per serving: 142

Good source of Vitamin C (154.5%) and Potassium (640.2 mg).
