The season is changing – can you feel it?
Cooler mornings, leaves changing, sun setting earlier, and Halloween stuff displayed in the stores already – yikes!
Soulful Sundays should be all about self care – mental and spiritual health. This is the perfect time to do some goal setting. We are sure by now you’ve heard of S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting, but here’s a reminder:
- S: Specific
- M: Measurable
- A: Attainable
- R: Realistic
- T: Time-based
Think of a goal you have for yourself. What are some things you could do this week to get closer to that goal? What is something you could do today to get closer to your goal?
Small changes now can set you up for big changes later. It’s time!
