Planking with my 8-legged friend! Start a plank from your knees and build on your intensity by going to the toes. Increase difficulty again by lifting one arm up (shown) or one leg up. You must keep good form with shoulders retracted and depressed, abs in, spine parallel to the floor, and squeeze your butt and quadriceps (front of thighs).

Make jack o lantern faces in your fruits and veggies. An apple has 95 calories and is a good source of Vitamin C and fiber. With so many varieties, you are bound to find one you like and an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so they say.
Make a Halloween playlist, give out tricks and treats, and just simply have some fun!
