Working out with friends is the best way to stay motivated and consistent.
*Try this partner workout:
- Walk warm up 5-10 minutes
- Walk (faster pace), jog, or run 10 minutes
- Medicine ball pass lunges (any ball or weighted object will do) 20 reps. Like our turkey hats?! Hee hee!
- Walk, jog, or run 10 minutes (again).
- 20 more medicine ball pass lunges. Make sure you switch sides this round to even out.
- Partner pushups: partner ‘A’ does 1 push-up, then partner ‘B’ does 1, partner A does 2, partner B does 2, go up to 10 reps.
