Wellness challenge eat greens

January 1: Focus on cancer-fighting dark, leafy greens for this #tastytuesday:

  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Swiss chard
  • Microgreens
  • Collard greens
  • Arugula
  • Endive
  • Dare we say Romaine? 🙂

Add them to scrambled eggs in the morning, on a sandwich or in salad for lunch, and chop leaves small and put in your dinner recipe. Easy peasy!
