Heather and Joy are fitness trainers, group fitness instructors, wellness coaches, and happy experts here to bring you simple workouts, recipes, and tips to live a happy, healthy life throughout the year.
Here’s a little more about us…
Joy teaches everything from Pilates and barre to spinning and bootcamp. She also specializes in small group training for women up on the Sammamish plateau in Washington State and has been a certified instructor for a couple decades through ACE and NASM.
She’s married with an 11 year old son and you will likely find them road tripping, hiking, and biking together.
Joy used to teach Phys Ed in Seattle, wrote fitness articles for a local newspaper & online magazine, and blogged on the side. She’s always finding ways to feed her creative soul and spread health and cheer to others. So, you know a book is in the works with Heather Yancey!
Heather is a lover a life and believes firmly that it’s a gift. She likes to make sure that each day is jam packed with adventure, impact and accomplishments.
As a mama to 3 and wife, her first love is in the home. Her second love is all things sweaty- running, biking, hot yoga, hiking, competing in triathlon and lifting weights.
Making a difference with fitness and nutrition for her clients and class participants means a lot to Heather so she pours her heart and soul into helping them meet their goals.
